Leg to Head on the Side

The first exercise we’ll do is leg to head on the side. Lie on your side, lift one leg, and straighten your knee, aiming to touch your head with your toes. Use your hand to hold your foot if needed. Slowly bend and straighten the leg. This stretches the back of the thigh and improves flexibility. Repeat on the other side.

Pelvic Circle

Next, we’ll move on to the pelvic circle exercise. Get on all fours and make soft circular movements with your hips. This warms up the inner thighs, strengthens the muscles, and engages the lower back. Performing this movement slowly and smoothly will help you feel the stretch more effectively.

Wide Leg Stretch on the Back

For the third exercise, lie on your back, spread your legs wide, and try to touch the floor with your toes while keeping your knees straight. This deeply stretches the inner and back thighs, preparing your body for more advanced poses like splits. Focus on your breathing and try to relax into the stretch.

Deep Pelvic Lunges

Lastly, we’ll do deep pelvic lunges. Sit in a lunge position and slowly lower your hips toward the floor to open the inner thighs. Move gently, focus on your breathing, and feel the muscles working. This pose is great for releasing tension in the hips and improving flexibility in the groin area.
